Free Shipping to most mainland & Tasmanian addresses, but some conditions apply.

Off-Site Support


Off-Site Support is:-
  • Phone support, and/or
  • Remote control of your computer (using software like VNC and secure shell).

During Office Hours

Our fees are $40 an hour charged in 1/4 hour increments of $10.

After Office Hours & Public Holidays

Our fees are $80 an hour charged in 1/4 hour increments of $20.

Note: If the problem cannot be resolved using Off-Site support within the first 1/2 hour, you can upgrade to On-Site support with the Off-Site support charge being waived.
