We offer a range of delivery services depending on your delivery location and order weight/size. For your security, all shipments will require a signature on delivery.

Couier | via Air
We normally use Australian airExpress. They deliver Australia wide, including to Post Office boxes. This delivery option may not be available for larger orders. Delivery times to most capital cities is next business day. An extra day or two should be added for Perth, Darwin and other regional locations.

Couier | via Road
Road Freight offers affordable delivery of larger items via road throughout Australia. Delivery times can range from overnight up to 5 business days depending on your location.

Australia Post Registered Mail
Australia Post is the only delivery service that will deliver to RMB/RSD addresses, locked bags and other remote locations. Delivery times vary depending on your location, up to 5 business days.

Note: While most orders over AUD$200 include free shipping to addresses in mainland Australia & Tasmania, those customers ordering bulky (ie large & heavy) items (like printers, computers etc) for delivery to Western States or to rural or remote locations (eg parts of Western Australia, the Northern Territory and islands in the north), freight may be applicable.

Freight may also be applicable on orders under AUD$200.

If freight is applicable, you will be quoted a freight price and your order will not be processed until you have accepted the additional costs.
