Off-Site Support is:-

• Phone support, and/or
• Remote control of your computer - using software like Apple's iChat (for Macs) or TeamViewer (for PC's).

During Office Hours

Our fees are $80 an hour charged in 1/4 hour increments of $20.

After Office Hours & Public Holidays

Our fees are $120 an hour charged in 1/4 hour increments of $30.
